Volunteer Registration The Volunteer Registration Chair will manage the system of processing Games volunteers. This will include coordinating and training a team of Volunteer Management Chairs (one from each Directorate) who are the first contact for all individuals interested in volunteering for the Games. This Chair will be trained on the BC Games Volunteer registration software and will recruit a few data entry volunteers (2-4) to assist with the volunteer registration process. In addition, this Chair area, together with the Volunteer Management Chairs, will brainstorm and implement a volunteer recruitment strategy which may include booths and tables at local events and awareness campaigns (posters, media coverage, website and social media stories, etc.). These campaigns and strategies are developed in coordination with the Marketing Directorate. This Chair will also develop a plan for keeping connected with volunteers leading up to the Games through general emails and/or a newsletter.
