Traffic Control This Chair area manages volunteers who are needed to assist with the set-up, operation, and traffic control management of parking lots at Games venues. Particular attention will be paid to the venue(s) for the Opening Ceremony, the Participant Accreditation Centre, participant special events, the food venue, and the Departures Area as these venues are large and will need to accommodate many buses. Volunteers may also be needed at other main locations and at each of the sport venue lots. This Chair area also assists other Directorates with organizing, coordinating, and managing road closures with the local police/RCMP and City/Municipality.
