APPENDIX D: BC GAMES INTAKE LINE GUIDE When a call comes in, determine the nature of the call . If they are calling for information about events, schedules, or volunteer operations: direct them to the Games Information Centre ( 672-339-9654 ) If they are reporting an issue, incident or crisis : use the table below to determine which it is. If it is an incident or crisis : (1) record information via Incident Intake Log Form; (2) call the BC Games Society President and CEO; (3) follow up by emailing CEO the form. If it is an issue : (1) let the caller know that the Games Information Centre can help them; (2) forward them to the centre at 672-339-9654 . If they are requesting information or comment about an ongoing incident or crisis : record the call on the Information Request Call Log and forward log to BC Games Communications Manager.
