FOREWORD Staff has developed this financial administration manual for review and approval by the Board, to ensure that appropriate accounting and internal controls are established over the expenditure of funds granted by the Minister Responsible for Sport within British Columbia. All financial administration policies and procedures included in this manual are approved by the Board. This version of the financial administration policy and procedures manual was approved by the Board in October 2023.
